Day 6 - Cardio
Cardio - Aerobics - The 80's! :D
So I went a little crazy today... :P Haha!
Aerobics sounded like a good idea for the Cardio day and I've heard that that was very popular in the 80's... I wouldn't know... I wasn't born yet... My parents hadn't even met yet... ;P So with help of a friend, we went through our closets to find something that would look like an 80's look ;) And to get the "perfect" 80's look I put on some colorfull make-up :) ;)
Day 7 - Lunch

Lunch time! Yum! :) And my food can spell! Hahaha! ;)

When I visited the 80's the other day we did some stretching after the aerobic class, haha! ;P Stretching is very important! Don't forget it is! ;)
Day 9 - Tunes

What would life be? Without a dance or a song what are we? So I say thank you for the music, for giving it to...us... - ABBA (Thank you for the music) (I hope everyone knows that ABBA comes from Sweden! ;P) What would life be without music? Who knows?! They play music everywhere these days! Even on carousels ;) Play instruments are fun and listen to music when you go for a walk can be very relaxing :) And a good song always makes a hard workout more fun! Fireball! Lol! (you'll only get that one if you're going to PMAF ;P)

Watch out everyone! The Swedish chef is here! And she brought her assistant ;) You better stay out of the kitchen! It's a mess in there!! If you're not careful you might end up with an egg in your hair!! :O oops.... ;P
Don't forget to eat protein everyone! It helps your body to build muscles! You can for example eat eggs, bananas or Swedish meatballs from IKEA! ;) Haha! ;P

Fresh air is good for you! Even if it's cold, like it or not... But do something fun to forget the cold... Build a snowman, go for a walk with a friend or play with your dog, if you have one... ;) It's my dog, Pepzie, on the picture btw (by the way) :) And it's my "temple" too ;P Lol! And to worm you up afterwards you can bake something yummy :)

Det är mestadels mina kläder faktiskt :P Antar att du pratar om 80-tals bilderna. Den gråa tröjan på den andra bilden och de blåa shortsen på den första bilden är Milenas, annars är resten mitt :)
Barnen behövde bara mutas lite första gången, bilden med alla skor i förra inlägget. Annars hjälper de gärna till! :)
Haha...det är faktiskt en selfie när jag blundar, inte sover :P Men jag är riktigt nöjd med den bilden! :)
